A bullet-hell-ish game where you die if you get hit by a clock. The tick speed increases as the game progresses. There is no win state, just try and survive. Shouldn't have pissed off the time lord :/

Submission for Mini Jam 157

Limitation: On a timer

First game using Godot! Turned out pretty janky. Ran out of time for a lot of things. Oh well. You could say I felt the time crunch much like you will be crunched by these big ass clocks.

maybe I should have named the game time crunch...

Assets

The little green clock asset I used for the player is knik1985's clock asset from https://opengameart.org/content/clock. All other clocks are procedurally generated.

Solid gamejam, I think the hour and second hands having colliders would add some more intensity. The different clocks moving at different speeds based on size is a nice touch.

Im not sure where the electric theme is for it maybe Im missing something or Im a dummy because clocks are electric lowkey lol

i couldnt think of a way to relate it to electricity. in my defence the theme is optional and it's the limitation you have to follow. But yeah I like that lets say the clocks are electric lmao. Or maybe they are angry at you for switching to digital clocks.

I like that "they are angry at you for switching to digital clocks" XD
